7 <br /> 9.0 GENERAL SAFE WORK PRACTICES <br /> K.E.Curtis Construction Co., Inc.Corporate Safety and Health Program to remain on-site <br /> at all times. <br /> 10.0 SANITATION <br /> Provisions will be made to ensure proper sanitation facilities for site personnel. <br /> 11.0 STANDARD SAFE OPERATING PROCEDURES <br /> K.E. Curtis Construction Co., Inc. Corporate Safety and Health Program to remain on-site at <br /> all times. Special safety procedures for specific job tasks are under this section. <br /> 12.0 TRAINING REQUIREMENTS <br /> All site personnel assigned to this project will be required to demonstrate they have <br /> completed training under 29 CFR 1910.120. <br /> All site personnel shall have completed training relative to the project operations plans. This <br /> formal training shall be supplemented as required by safety breifings. Training may include: <br /> A. Confined space entry <br /> B. Supplied air respiratory equipment <br /> C. Other: <br /> D. Other: <br /> Training required for this project are hi-lited. All subcontractor personnel are required to <br /> complete the some training and attend all safety meetings. <br /> 13.0 MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE <br /> All personnel must participate in a medical surveillance program if exposed at or above <br /> the exposure limits of any hazardous material 30 or more days per year. Because we do <br /> not expect to meet or exceed this limit, no program has yet been established. <br /> However, physical examinations must have been successfully completed in accordance <br /> with K.E.Curtis Construction Co., Inc.Company Policy prior to working in the field. <br />
