Cherokee Ln, Lodi. <br /> I have reviewed the closure application for the above referenced facility. The <br /> following items need to be addressed prior to permit approval. <br /> 1. Please complete and return the applicable portions of page ten. <br /> 2. Please complete and return the contractor questionnaire. <br /> 3. Will USA dig be notified prior to commencement of any work? <br /> 4. The dry ice requirements to inert the U.G.T.'s are 30 lbs/1000 gal capacity for <br /> tanks that contained gasoline, and 15 lbs/1000 gal capacity for diesel tanks. <br /> 5. Soil samples shall be taken two to four feet below the U.G.T.'s. <br /> 6. Please complete item #11, c. on page 5. <br /> 7. You need to contact the city of Lodi Fire Dept. for a fire permit. <br /> 8. De Menno-Kerdoon is not permitted by Dept. of Toxic Substances Control to <br /> accept the U.G.T.'s/Piping.
