Leland Hall, Director 2 8 AUG 1985 <br /> ( c) Transport and disposal of tank residual . <br /> Disposal will be based on certified laboratory test results of <br /> residuals from each tank ( laboratory test results are available <br /> from Defense Depot Tracy, Environmental Office. ) All <br /> transportation and disposal procedures are to comply with <br /> Federal, State , County and local regulations . <br /> (d) Coordinate with the San Joaquin County,,,- <br /> Environmental <br /> ounty-,,Environmental Health Division for the on-site inspection ''(at the <br /> moment of removal) of each tank. <br /> ( e) Comply with all directives of the county <br /> inspector , for the detection of evidence of soil contamination as <br /> defined in Article 4, Section 2648 v; of the California <br /> Administrative Code, Title 23 , Chapter 3 , Subchapter 16. <br /> ( f) Meet all requirements of Article 7, Section <br /> 2672 and Article 4 , Section 2645 of the California Administrative <br /> Code, Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16 for the sampling and <br /> testing of contaminated soil . <br /> (g) Provide all test results to Defense Depot <br /> Tracy, Environmental Office for evaluation . <br /> (h) Meet all requirements of the California Code, <br /> Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16. Articles and sections listed <br /> are for reference only . <br /> (2 ) Based on soil sample test results , evidence of <br /> unauthorized releases will be reported to all Federal , State , <br /> County and local agencies having ,jurisdiction. Reporting <br /> procedures to the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health <br /> Division, will be made in accordance with Article 5 of the <br /> California Administrative Code, Title 23, Chapter 3 , Subchapter <br /> 16. <br /> (3 ) If remedial action (physical treatment , chemical <br /> treatment , biological treatment) is required , coordination with <br /> all Federal , State , County and local agencies will be <br /> accomplished prior to the start of work. <br /> C . Soil Conformation Test : <br /> Soil conformation tests are described in paragraph b , 2 <br /> of the Closure Procedures . Copies of each test results will be <br /> provided to the Federal , State , County or local agencies that <br /> have ,jurisdiction. <br />
