The Underground Tank <br /> Regulations as stated in the California Administrative Code, Title 23, Chapter 3, <br /> Subchapter 16. . .will be utilized as a guide until adopted and finalized by the State. <br /> Please submit to this office your closure plan for the underground storage tanks at <br /> Tracy Defense Depot for our review and address the following: <br /> 1 . Description of the underground tanks to be removed stating: size, <br /> quantity, storage purposes, and location of each tank. <br /> 2. Closure procedures and schedule. <br /> 3. Soil conformation tests. <br /> 4. Proposed remedial action plan. <br /> 5. Site map. <br /> You will be required to secure a tank removal permit from this office and arrange <br /> for an inspection.
