Comconex <br />Manteca, CA <br />Please find enclosed your permit documents completed by Groundwater <br />Resources, Inc. for the removal of two underground storage tanks <br />at the CONTEL facility at 17855 S. Comconex, Manteca, CA. <br />Groundwater Resources, Inc. (GRI) will use approximately 240 pounds <br />of dry ice to inert the tanks. The tanks and piping will then be <br />transported by H & H Ship Service Company and disposed of at <br />their TSD facility in San Francisco. <br />Soil sampling will be performed by a geologist with GRI.
