Box 2009
Stockton, CR 95201
SUBJECT: Underground Fuel Oil Tank
R T & T Building Site
Project- Site: Farmington Building ll
Copperopolis Road near
Farmington, CA
Dear Ms. Cotulla,
This refers to our recent telephone conversation and our letter, dated
January 16, 1967 regarding the use of the "Gilbarco Tank Monitor" for
leak detection in lieu of annual testing, as prescribed in Article 4,
Alternative 5 of the California Underground Storage Tank Regulations.
In view of the fact that San Joaquin County will not accept the
"Gilbarco Monitor" as a substitute for annual testing, and in behalf of
R T & T, we are revising the plan to Alternate 7, in lieu of Alternate 5
above, since the tank is for standby power use and will test the
tank annually. The "Gilbarco Tank Monitor" will be
used for inventory reconciliation.
We are attaching herewith, a vicinity map together with the latest tank
testing results.
We are hopeful that the above meets with your approval.
Very truly yours,
Robert H.
