Current plot plans found on site of the underground storage tank system do not show the above <br /> ground portion of the piping. Prepare a plot plan of the complete underground storage tank system <br /> which shows the monitoring panel, tank, underground and aboveground piping, attached emergency <br /> generators, pumps, liquid sensors, and distinguish between gravity, suction and pressure portions of the <br /> piping. Maintain a copy of the plot plan at the facility and send a copy to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 201. The 2011 annual Monitoring System Certification and the 2011 triennial Secondary Containment <br /> Test results were not found on site. These records shall be kept on site for at least 3 years. <br /> Immediately locate and maintain the above listed test results on site and submit copies to the EHD by <br /> December 8, 2012. <br /> 313. The Diesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or <br /> replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> The amount of fuel currently in the tank is 8413 gallons. If the spill container can't be replaced <br /> immediately, there is a possibility that the Diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> Notes <br /> 1. Complete the following by December 8, 2012 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department: <br /> a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br /> b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br /> c.
