A log of monthly checks of the unburied single walled piping was not found on site. For an <br /> emergency generator tank system, the unburied piping is exempt from regulation if visual inspections <br /> are made each time the system is operated, but no less than monthly, and a log is maintained. <br /> Immediately begin inspecting the system each time the system is operated, but no less than monthly, <br /> and maintain a log of the inspections, or submit a permit application to upgrade the UST system to meet <br /> Title 23 UST regulations. <br /> Notes <br /> 1.
