The soil sample will be witnessed by a representative
from PHS-EHD, and analyzed for BTEX and TPH-D.
On 8 September 1994, Stockton Service Station was informed that the new product lines had
not undergone the required line test. A nonvolumetric pressure test was performed on the new
dual walled tank; however, the product lines were excluded from the testing procedure.
Conduct the product line test utilizing a method approved by the manufacturer and under
inspection by a representative from PHS-EHD.
If you have any questions, please contact me, at (209) 468-3452 or Mr. Eric Trevena at (209) 468-
0333.
rnest M.
