i <br />.i <br />When contaminants are found to have reached the water underlying a site, the <br />Board customarily requires that additional work be undertaken in order to <br />define the extent of the contamination. <br />REPORTAGE <br />Submission to the Regional Water Quality Control Board and the local <br />implementing agency should include copies of the sampling report, the chain <br />of custody, and the certified analytical report issued by the Hazardous <br />Materials Testing Laboratory.
