■ <br />CONDITIONS <br />1) All samples must be taken by a representative of a state cert- <br />ified lab. <br />2) All solids, residuals, sludges, etc. that cannot be reused as <br />a motor vehicle fuel are to be removed, handled, transported, dis- <br />posed of as hazardous waste.
