AVAILABLE 'TANK CAPACITY <br /> The tank to be filled shall have an available capacity <br /> of 103% of the load to be dropped into it or the total <br /> load plus 200 gallon capacity, whichever is less, as <br /> determined by storage tank visual monitoring. <br /> III.
