Read the test results and perform additional steps as necessary. <br /> Pass: Record the results, and keep the print out. <br /> Invalid Due to Temperature: <br /> Most likely you received a drop too close to test time. Retest your tank. <br /> Invalid Due to Theft: <br /> Most likely someone pumped during a test. Retest your tank. <br /> Fail: <br /> 1. Phone Service Station Services at 800-887-8009. Give your name, address, the product that <br /> failed and the leak rate shown on the print-out. <br /> 2. Retest your tank the following night. <br /> HOW TO RESCHEDULE A TEST, AS NECESSARY <br /> 1. Put the key in the program mode. <br /> 2. Press the 'F' Key, then 87, then push 'ENT'. <br /> 3. Select the tank to retest or change (1,2,3 or 4). Press the appropriate tank number then push 'ENT'. <br /> 4. The system will ask how often to test. Press 3 and then 'ENT' for monthly testing. <br /> 5. The system will prompt you for what day of the month to test. Select the appropriate day (1-31) then push 'ENT'. <br /> 6. The system will ask for a start time. Push 'ENT' to keep the 12:01 A.M. start time. Push 'ENT' again to keep the <br /> 5:00 A.M. stop time. <br /> 7. Return the key to the run position. <br /> PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE <br /> The monitoring equipment shall be inspected and certified annually. Maintenance will be performed annually or as <br /> needed. All work performed to the monitoring system will be in accordance to the manufacturers recommendations. <br /> TRAINING <br /> Tank operators are trained on the proper operations of the monitoring equipment in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's instructions. <br /> 5 <br />
