Box 2292 <br />Brea, CA 92821-2922 <br />RECEIVE <br />FEB 12 2015 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMITISERVICES <br />This letter is in response to the inspection report issued on Jan 27, 2015 to Chevron Station # 210997 located at 1442 Colony Dr. <br />Ripon, CA 95336. <br />Below is our response regarding the 2 items noted in the enclosed inspection report; <br />Failed to maintain alarm logs and or records of follow up actions. <br />o As discussed during our phone conversation on Jan 28, 2015, the Designated Operator responsible for the <br />above stated actions is no longer working for Chevron and the new DO has been fully trained. <br />Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10psi. <br />o Per the inspection report, the technician installed a new siphon jet on the existing 87 leak detector, retested <br />it, and it passed; corrected on site. <br />JW! nsider the above items resolved per this letter.
