The station was put back into compliance on 5/30/2012 when you met <br />onsite with Service Stations Systems and at that time you decided that a permit would not be needed. <br />Unfortunately, this information was never relayed to Chevron and therefore the Return To Compliance <br />Certification form was outstanding.
