Box 2292 <br />Brea, CA 92$23-2922 <br />This letter is in response to the inspection report issued on February 7, 2011 to Chevron Station #210997, <br />located at 1442 A Colony Drive Ripon , CA 95366. <br />Below is our response regarding the 4 items noted in the attached inspection report. <br />5. The monitoring response plans on site are current. The plan that the facility has a mechanical <br />flapper as overfill but it has audible and visual alarm set at 90%. The monitoring plan must be <br />current and approved by the EHD. <br />• Enclosed is the revised Monitoring Plan dated 2111/2011 and B forms. <br />21. Liquid was observed in the 87 and 91 turbine sump. If water could enter into the secondary <br />containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />• Enclosed are the Monitor Certification test results dated 21712011. Page 7 of the test <br />results show that the liquid in the sumps was removed during testing. <br />23c. The January 2011 designated operator monthly inspection report was not found. The <br />designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on <br />site. <br />• Enclosed are twelve months of designated operator reports (February 201 — February <br />2011). <br />
