If water could enter into the secondary <br />containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly, immediately <br />remove tftis liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, <br />and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the 87 and 91 turbines rnp is maintained free of liquid <br />23c. The designated operator shat) train facility <br />employees for which he or she is responsible in the proper operation and maintenance of the UST <br />system once every 12 months, The training shall include, but is not limited to. <br />1. Operation of the UST system in a manner Consistent with the facility's best management practices <br />2. Employee's role with regard to monitoring equipment as specifled In the facility's monitoring plan <br />3, Employee's role with regard to spills and overfills as specified in fhn facility's response plan <br />4.
