Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Soil Stockpile Disposition <br /> AD-ART SIGN CORP. <br /> 3133 North Ad Art Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Briggs: <br /> At the request of Mr. Paul Bischofberger of Ad-Art Sign Corp.,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br /> (AGE)has prepared this letter for the disposition of soil stockpiled at the site.The soil was generated <br /> during the removal of two underground storage tanks from the subject property in September 1998. <br /> Three samples were collected from the stockpiled soil and analyzed as described in the UST Removal <br /> Report, dated 06 April 1999, prepared by AGE. A Leaching Potential Analysis work sheet was <br /> prepared for the stockpiled soil. The laboratory report for the soil stockpile samples and Leaching <br /> Potential Analysis work sheet are attached. <br /> A request was made in the UST Removal Report to spread the stockpiled soil on-site.As of this date, <br /> no response has been received from the PHS-EHD.
