Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation,
infiltration, or surface runoff. The service technician removed approximately one-quarter cup of liquid from the
91 -product STP and fill sumps and the 87 -product fill sump and returned the sensors to their proper location. It was
noted during the inspection today that the L3 fill sump 91 and L4 fill sump 87 208 sensors have alarmed due to
liquid in the fill sumps over the past year. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to
address the water intrusion into the sumps.
This was corrected on site.
This is a minor violation.
319
CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty.
The 91 -product spill container failed the one-hour hydrostatic test.
