The test boot in the 91 STP sump was not pulled back and the Schrader was pointed up. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 91 piping does not flow into a collection sump. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping. The technician adjusted the test boot so the Schrader valve points down. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. Page 3 of 4
