Section V of the Response Plan was left blank.
The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into
CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any
time.
This is a minor violation.
306
CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
The test boot in the 91 STP sump was not pulled back and the Schrader was pointed up. Any potential release from
the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 91 piping does not flow into a collection sump. All
secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low
point of the underground piping. The technician adjusted the test boot so the Schrader valve points down.
This was corrected on site.
This is a Class II violation.
