This is a Class 11 violation. 106 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. The monitoring plans are not current and not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plans on CERS do not include accurate information for the monitoring equipment at this site. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. Maintain an approved copy on site. This is a minor violation. 204 Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not found on site.
