Current approved copies of the monitoring and response plans were not found on site. Copies of <br /> these plans shall be retained on site at all times. Copies of the monitoring and response plans approved <br /> by EHD in 2009 were provided by EHD and placed in the facility binder at the time of inspection. <br /> 12 & 16. The Schrader valve in the 91 STP sump was removed but not facing down. Any potential <br /> release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 91 piping does not flow into <br /> a collection sump. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a <br /> collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping.
