5. Contact Ray von Flue (468-9848)to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br /> is required): <br /> a. Witness the test of the vent line for one hour per manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> b. Soap test the replaced test boot. <br /> 6. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br /> upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 7.
