Page 3 of the application has the U.S Government listed as the owner of the tank. <br /> This is incorrect. Please submit a corrected copy of this page. <br /> 2. Your responses to question I I on page 5 of the application are not satisfactory. A <br /> plastic liner must be used to cover the excavated stockpile. Please indicate the type <br /> and thickness you will be using. Also, we require a final destination for the <br /> excavated stockpile, should the sampling indicate the stockpile is contaminated <br /> One additional note, the SWRCB has mandated that all tank removal sampling include <br /> testing for MTBE.
