None of the tanks were observed with vapor recovery piping. <br /> According to Mr. Tilley, the tanks do not have vapor recovery. <br /> -The tank closest to the monitoring panel was observed to be a double-walled stall tank. The monitoring plan states <br /> the tank is fiberglass. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. The corrections were made in <br /> CERS and submitted at the time of inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 106 CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. <br /> The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. Section V of the response plan (Monitoring <br /> Indicators)was left blank. The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy <br /> is available for inspection at any time. The response plan was updated and submitted in CERS at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plans for all three tanks left both <br /> questions about pump shutdown blank. The monitoring plans for two of the tanks indicate visual piping inspections <br /> are conducted monthly, but the third tank plan states it is not done. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The monitoring plans were updated and submitted in CERS at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The monitoring site plan submitted does not include the <br /> locations of the annular sensors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed.
