Note: The service technician was unable to get the L1 Tank Annular and L7 T3 Annular sensors out of alarm and the panel back into"All Functions Normal." Both of these sensors were tested and passed at the time of inspection. The service technician did not have new sensors to replace the old sensors. Thomas Tilley was notified that a permit to replace the sensors is not needed as long as they are replaced"like for like." Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer(if applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
