The service technician was unable to get the L1 Tank Annular(Tank 1)and L7 T3 Annular(Tank 3)sensors out of alarm and the panel back into"All Functions Normal"at the time of inspection and, therefore, tanks 1 and 3 are not monitored. Both of these sensors were tested and passed at the time of inspection. However,the service technician indicated that both sensors need to be replaced, but he did not have new sensors to replace the old sensors. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to replace the failed component with a functional component immediately.Thomas Tilley was notified that a permit to replace the sensors is not needed as long as they are replaced'like for like,"however a 48-hour advance notification prior to the work being completed and a scope of work is required to be submitted to the EHD. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by the EHD.Violation 302 was added to the report. The amended report replaces the initial report.
