Airport Way, Stockton-SR0055597 <br /> Dear Mr.Naidu, <br /> This letter is to notify you that Wright Environmental Services, Inc. will be the installing contractor for line <br /> leak detector on the 12,000 gallon Jet A fuel tank under SR00055597. Reliable Petroleum has sent you a <br /> letter allowing the change of contractor of record. I have attached our ICC, Workman's Comp., Contractors <br /> License and various Mfg. Certifications for the work to be performed. <br /> Attached please find all product data cut sheets for the new Vaporless Manufacturing, Inc. (Vaporless) <br /> High Capacity Line Leak Detector Model 99 LD-3000(LLD)that will replace the existing Red Jacket line <br /> leak detector assembly that would not pass testing. Part of the LLD assembly installation is a Vaporless <br /> Integrated Shutdown Module,ISM-4080 with a ISM 4103 which monitors the new mechanical line leak <br /> detector for thermal contraction(amongst others)and prevents false alarms during test cycles when <br /> exposed above ground piping is effected by environmental conditions that can lead to false alarms. <br /> The ISM 4080 and 4103 assembly will be programmed to close/actuate the 3-inch ball valve installed in the <br /> transition sump to isolate all underground piping from the above ground piping at the north side of the <br /> aboveground Veleon Filter Vessel.
