Hazardous Materials Handling Procedures <br /> All TPH impacted soil will be segregated and stockpiled on visqueen plastic to await on- <br /> site aeration or disposal to an off-site facility. A photoionization detector will be in use at <br /> all times to detect any volatile hydrocarbons. Should volatile hydrocarbons be detected, <br /> work will stop and respiratory safety measures will be implemented. <br /> 9. Emergengy Procedures <br /> An injured worker will be immediately removed from the contamination and <br /> decontaminated, if needed. Basic first aid will then be administered. Major and <br /> minor emergencies will be transported by ambulance or on-site personnel directly to <br /> Kaiser Hospital in Stockton, California. <br /> 10. Directions to Stockton Kaiser Hospital <br /> From the site, head east on Turner Road to get on Highway 99 South bound. <br /> Take the Hammer Lane Exit off of Highway 99.
