This is not in accordance
with our specifications which stated, "Disposal o-ftanks and
associated plumbing is to follow rules and regulations of the Fire
Warden, San Joaquin County Health District , State Department of
Health Services , the State Water Resources Control Board, and the
EPA. "
You also told me that all of our tanks would be sold to
Triangle Inc. in Sacramento and cut into scrap. This is what our
removal permit with San Joaquin County Local Health District States .
Since San Joaquin County may be held liable for any subsequent
use of these tanks , we must insist that they be disposed of properly.
Please assure me, by return mail, that you will comply with
our specifications and removal permit .
Very truly yours ,
James E.
