UST Tank Information form for the diesel tank is not current in CERS. The tank primary containment was listed as steel. This should be listed as fiberglass. The piping sump was listed as double wall. This should be listed as single wall. The vent piping transition sump was listed as double wall. This should be listed as none. The vent piping secondary was listed as fiberglass. This should be listed as none. The vapor piping primary and secondary were listed as fiberglass. These should be listed as none. The fill riser secondary was listed as fiberglass. This should be listed as none. The fill sump was listed as yes. This should be listed as no. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. During the inspection, the employee made corrections to the CERS submittal and uploaded it. Continue to log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD as needed. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. 106 CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan is not current and not approved by the EHD. The pipe monitoring leak sensor model number was listed as 205. This should be listed as 208. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). During the inspection the employee updated the monitoring plan in CERS. Continue to log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD as needed. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class H. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. A legend key was not included to identify what the symbols represented on the site map. The site map did not indicate that a leak detector was present. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. During the inspection, the employee updated the site map and uploaded it in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Continue to log into the CERS at http:llcers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a current copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan as needed. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. Page 4 of 7
