(Wright) has reviewed your letter of September 2, 2008, for <br />the above referenced site. <br />I . I have amended the original permit application and am resubmitting three sets of copies <br />that now include where appropriate, the information requested in items I through 9 of <br />your letter. <br />2. 1 have also provided you with the MFR and contingency plan submitted to EHD, Unit IV. <br />3. As requested, attached is the protocol that the third party sampler was trained to follow <br />(Attachment I). Mr. Robert Barnhart, a principal of Reliable Petroleum Services, Inc. <br />was formerly employed at Wright Environmental Services, Inc. for several years. During <br />that time he was trained by Wright technical staff and management in the collection of <br />soil and ground water samples in a variety of situations in particular, underground storage <br />tank closure sampling (soil and groundwater).
