In order to approve your permit <br />(SR 0055267) to remove 2 UST's we need the following information: <br />1) The permit number for the "Grading & Excavating Permit" from the City of Tracy <br />must be provided. <br />2) Explanation of "proper disposal" for rinsate listed under 7d. <br />3) Will you be leaving the excavation open or lining it and filling with soil until soil <br />sampling results are received? If lining the excavation, what material will be <br />used?(1la) <br />4) Current Hazardous Waste Hauler Registration number for Gary Imhof, if soil is <br />hazardous waste? (11c) Also, final destination of soil if hazardous waste? (1 lb) <br />5) Source of information for groundwater depth, listed as approximately 7l feet. (12) <br />6) All UST piping shall be removed and sampled according to sampling protocol. <br />7) Map and physical directions to nearest hospital are missing. <br />8) Any over excavation is overseen by the Site Mitigation Unit (Unit IV). If you plan to <br />over excavate at the time of UST removal, you must have prior approval by Unit IV. <br />9) Sampling firm shall be trained in proper sampling technique, please provide <br />documentation showing adequate training of sampler. <br />Additional information will be required addressing these issues before this revised <br />application will be approved. <br />If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at (209) 953-7699. <br />Thank you <br />
