Section 17206, based upon unfair competition as proscribed by <br /> 1 <br /> Business and Professions Code 5 17200, to-wit: TWO THOUSAND <br /> 2 <br /> FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2 , 500. 00) for each violation, in an <br /> 3 <br /> amount according to proof but not less than TWO HUNDRED FIFTY <br /> 4 <br /> THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250, 000. 00) . <br /> 5 <br /> 6 . Plaintiff recover its costs incurred in this action. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 .
