Moe : <br /> On April 4, 1988 , North Cal Construction performed <br /> a Petro-Tite Tank Test (System Test) at 1235 E . Alpine <br /> Avenue , Stockton , California . <br /> The tank tested was labeled 1110 ,000 Gallon Unleaded" . <br /> After exhausting all efforts and techniques in trying to <br /> get this tank up on test , the test was aborted and <br /> documented as a system leak . <br /> It is my opinion that the probability factor of the <br /> tank leaking rather than the line is about 65%.
