Post signs prohibiting any ignition source: <br />a) Example: "No Smoking", "No Cutting and Welding", etc. <br />3. Provide a minimum rated 20BC or larger fire extinguisher at <br />tank site. <br />4. You must have a calibrated, explosion -proof Combustible gas <br />meter on site. <br />a) LEL A= Oxygen must both be below 94 prior to removal, <br />or <br />b) Oxygen only, St on the oxygen for gasoline and diesel <br />tanks, or <br />c) LEL only, it on gasoline and diesel. ?.�.:':,i3Ky' <br />d) Extra filters and equipment to calibrate instruments <br />must be on site. <br />e) Make and model number of instrument m <br />to inspector. ust be available <br />Z) Appropriate measures are required to assure the LEL <br />percentage is maintained during and after excavation. <br />1) Monitor tanks once per hour for LEL and Oxygen,. <br />after removal from ground while on site..14 <br />5.
