 4
RECEIVED
OCT 14 2016
October 12, 2016 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
San Joaquin County
EHA
1868 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Att: Victoria McCartney,REHS
Regarding your letter dated 9-22-2016
1940 S. American St. Stkn. 95206
The complainant alleges that the property in question was being sold, not true.
Complainant also alleges that a 500 gallon gas tank was under the garage which I
doubt is also untrue.
The day that you came to meet with me was the first time I was ever in the garage
and also saw what you saw. The only thing I had ever seen looking from the outside
of the garage was my dad's boat and some tools and prior to my Mom's passing was
filled with containers that my brother used for recycling, I had heard after
speaking to my oldest brother he stated that Dad had removed a tank when they
bought the house in 1961, nothing about the capacity. The first time ever seeing the
pipe on the north side of garage was at the same time you saw it. My sister and I had
never seen it before because the plants had grown to the top of the garage. The
gardener recently had trimmed all the plants and therefore was the reason.
In regards to the corrective action, all parties received their information and we will
be able to resolve this issue by mid February, 2017. I will at such time give you
necessary information to complete this complaint.
Sincerely,
RQDaa Velltri
