If the backfill material and soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed of at <br /> an approved disposal location. Treatment of soil onsite can only be performed under a <br /> hazardous waste treatment permit. <br /> 2. See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 3. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 4. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 5.
