Contractor: Shaw's Maintenance, License 11374345, & classification 11061-D40. <br />4. One (1) 2000 gallon gas tank. <br />5. Laboratory collecting soil samples will be Canonie Engineering Services <br />Inc. The release of information is enclosed. <br />6. Tank will be triple rinsed and any excess fuel and waist water will be <br />hauled away by Allied Petroleum. <br />7. Tanks will be purged of vapors with dry ice 2011 per 1000 gallons. <br />8.
