On September 15, 2004,the 2,000-gallon diesel UST was emptied and rinsed, with <br /> the removed fuel and rinsate being transported off-site for disposal. <br /> On September 16, 2004, the 2,000-gallon UST was excavated and transported off- <br /> site for disposal. <br /> TPH-D was encountered in the analysis of the stockpile sample at 3.8 ppm. <br /> . No other analytes were detected in the soil samples collected. <br /> .
