The former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final <br />closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or groundwater problem. <br />In addition, PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br />(Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at you facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has <br />been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br />investigation of leaking UST's.
