LEE & ASSOCIATES <br /> 1137 N MCDOWELL BLVD <br /> PETALUMA, CA 94954 <br /> Dear Chris; <br /> In reviewing the Underground Storage Tank Closure Application for <br /> the removal of two (2) underground storage tanks at the site known <br /> as PACIFIC BELL, located at 2300 EAST EIGHT MILE ROAD, near the <br /> City of Stockton, the following items were in need of <br /> clarification: <br /> 1 . Each tank must have a separate Tank Tracking Disposition <br /> Record. <br /> 2 . Soil samples shall be tested for the following: <br /> Tank #39-1893-1 (diesel) TPH-D, BTX&E <br /> Tank #39-1893-2 (gasoline) TPH-G, BTEX&E <br /> 3 . You are required to check with both Waterloo-Morada Fire <br /> Department and San Joaquin County Fire for Fire Permit <br /> requirements . <br /> 4 . The requirements for the use of dry ice shall be a minimum <br /> thirty (30) pounds per one thousand (1, 000) gallons of <br /> capacity for gasoline and fifteen (15) pounds per 1000 gallons <br /> of capacity for diesel tanks . <br /> 5 . The Site Safety Plan must be submitted prior to approval of <br /> the Closure Application. <br /> Please attend to the above items so that the review of the closure <br /> application can be completed.
