You requested
information on the manifest for hauling of absorbed oil waste
from Plant 4. Enclosed is a copy of Manifest * 86314453.
I am also including copies of what I have in my files on the
underground tank removal. I contacted Stockton Service Station,
the company that removed the tanks. According to them, the
county was supplied complete copies and should have it in their
files.
The tanks were out up and hauled to LMC. I made a copy of
what I have on file which turns out too dark. Stockton Service
Station will see if they have a better copy and will fax it to us
tomorrow, They may have mailed the county the original.
The cut up material was hauled to the LMC Corporation
facility at North Wilson Way, Stockton on March 5, 1987. The tag
number is 32060. Weight is 9,720 pounds; Vehicle Lic. No.
2700217.
I am sending you 2 sets so you can mail a set to Charles
Hunt after you have explained what we have on file. If you have
any question while I am gone, contact Bruce at Tel: 5514.
Mail to:
Charles Hunt
San Joaquin County Local
Health District
Environmental Health Division
P.O.
