The <br /> former underground storage tank(UST)cannot be recommended for final closure without further investigation <br /> to determine the full extent of the soil and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) is providing you notification <br /> that an"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" had been filed <br /> pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the California Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin County PHS-EHD <br /> has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing <br /> the investigation of leaking UST's.
