To assist me in the site assessments, <br /> please review your agency's files to determine the following <br /> for each site. <br /> • Presence of underground storage tanks <br /> • Contents of tank(s) <br /> • Size and age of tank(s) <br /> • Date and number of permit(s) <br /> • Results of the most recent liquid-tightness test <br /> • Occurrence of spills and leaks <br />
