In order for this permit application review to continue, a detailed addendum and <br /> revised sheets for plans must be provided for the following deficiencies: <br /> 1. Page 4 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit indicates <br /> that Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) must be performed prior to the final inspection. A <br /> separate permit application is required to install ELD. Submit the required application <br /> and fees. <br /> 2. Page 7 section G of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit <br /> lists an OPW 61fSTOP-2000 as the overfill prevention at 95%. However, an <br /> OPW61fSTOP is approved for aboveground storage tanks. Choose equipment that is <br /> approved for underground storage tanks. Correct the discrepancies. Submit corrected <br /> version. <br /> 3. Page 7 section G of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit <br /> indicates that an approved overfill prevention device must be provided at each tank fill <br /> location. Choose one of the following methods. You may refer to the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Letter of Guidance 150-2. Submit corrected version. <br /> 4. Page 8 Section I of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit <br /> lists the electronic monitoring of the interstitial space as a single float Veeder-Root <br /> 794380-301. Sheet C3 of the Underground Tank Installation Site Plan, item in circle 9 <br /> states a dual float sensor would be installed. Sheet T2 of the Sump Installation Details, <br /> item hexagon 22 illustrates an image of a dual float sensor. Sheet T5, item hexagon 22 <br /> documents single float sensor Veeder-Root 794380-302 would be installed. Item 33 of <br /> Fueling System Catalog Cut Sheets highlighted the single float sensor Veeder-Roof <br /> 794380-301.This location requires a dual float sensor. Correct the discrepancies. Submit <br /> corrected version. <br /> 5. Operating Permit Application Lubrizol Tank Information/ UPCF UST-B should specify <br /> contents as Lubrizol, not fuel additive. <br />
