Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Thuy Tran at (209) 468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> b. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br /> pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br /> c. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br /> there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br /> method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> d. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> e. Verify no brine leaks from existing fill sumps annular space. <br /> f. Verify annular space communication between new fill sump top to existing fill sump <br /> bottom. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the Lubrizol Product UST prior to <br /> the EHD inspection and approval. <br />
