UST Inspection Report <br />Dennis, <br />Here axe the X5.0 Jhustin Abeleda's notes regarding site # 1031 in Manteca, CA: <br />1. [luring today's inspection I found a Q2: periodic Line Fail on the Veeder Root panel <br />when 1 arrived, The site manager, Julian Ochoa, had already called in the alarm to FMS <br />prior to my arrival. According to him, FMS will be conducting a Periodic Line first at <br />midnight tonight to ,see if it: will pass. If not, they will have a technician come ozl sita <br />to address the issue. T will be able to place the work order dung next month's <br />inspection. ri <br />2. Also, the Monitor Certification was done yesterday 8/19/10. <br />left by the county (see attached), On the inspection report <br />they had said that several employees have not been <br />trained. 1 was able to check my Daily DO as well as the past training records on <br />petrotools, and found that the employees listedd by the inspector have already been re- <br />trained to keep the site in compliance. I double checked the Compliance Bander and found <br />the Training Documents behind the "Training Logs" tab. <br />3. The inspector also noted that the Designated Operator Inspections from August -- October <br />2009 were not on site. I was able to print these from Petrotools and place them on site as <br />well. 1 double checked the Compliance Binder and confirmed that these inspections were n; t. <br />on site. 'These documents might have been archived by the site in the main warehouse. <br />Although the inspections have been replaced by the D.O., the alarm logs have not and we <br />recommend the site to track down original documents and place them in the have <br />no where e <br />can be accessed by the inspector.kioskit <br />Please call/email with any questions. <br />Thanks, <br />Brian C.
