13. The lake test for the secondary containment testing must be performed above the highest penetration <br />level. <br />14. Overfill prevention shall satisfy CCR 2635(b) (2) (B) pursuant to the permit application. <br />15. All metal components in direct contact with the backfill such as flexible connectors, swing joints, fittings, <br />and pumps shall be protected from corrosion. <br />16. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of InstaliakionlModification" shall be submitted by the owner <br />or the owners' agent [pursuant to California Code of Regulation (CCR) 2635(d)] before this install will be <br />considered complete by EHD. <br />17. No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can enter the sewer or storm water system. if <br />it does, it will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal. <br />18. 'Prior to scheduling a final inspection facility must submit the following: <br />• An accurate and drawn -to scale -as -built plan. <br />• A Monitoring and Response Plan. <br />• Best Management Practices for managing fuel spills and wash down water at this <br />site. <br />• The owner statement and name/ICC certification information for this facility's <br />"California UST Systems Operator" (Designated Operator) <br />19. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results must be received prior to the fuel being received. <br />20. The installation of the fire suppression device in the under dispenser containment (UDC) is contingent <br />upon approval from State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB). <br />21. A minimum of two ports must be available in the UDC's. <br />22. Contact Muniappa Naidu, RENS at (209) 468-3439 for inspections. See inspection checklist for all the <br />required inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />23. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
