The FireStomper® automatically discharges <br />when the actuator temperature reaches 155°F (68°C), extinguishing a sump fire within seconds of <br />ignition. The Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) agent used in the FireStomperO also produces a <br />residual foam film barrier which blankets the fuel source to help prevent re -ignition of fuel vapors. <br />The FireStomper0 is an economical method of protecting low melting point underground piping (FRP <br />and flexible) in sumps from fire in accordance with the newly adopted NFPA 30A, 2000 Edition. <br />
